In my other life i am a paper pusher and work a lot with customer service, when i think i have heard it all, someone always manages to surprise me. This page has all those surprises.
One of my favorite questions is always about the annual fee, usually it is – is the annual fee every year? And since i have to be polite i can not really reply with- what do you think annual means? But the best question i ever received was : does HQ know that the annual fee is every year?
